Designed to be placed at the end of a chain, it offers a set of features ideal for practicing with headphones, playing backing tracks and working on the metronome.
A complete training tool
The Canvas Rehearsal stands out for its versatility and ease of use. Thanks to its mini-jack (1/8″) auxiliary input and Bluetooth connectivity, it’s easy to play along with backing tracks. For those who prefer to practice with a metronome, the unit comes with a built-in metronome, adjustable for tempo, rhythmic division and accents.
The OLED display shows BPM (from 40 to 250 BPM), rhythm signature, beat division and accents in real time. Settings are made via a “rotary encoder” for easy navigation and adjustment. There’s also a Tap Tempo, with three ways of setting the speed:
1. Use the dedicated Tap Tempo button on the pedal.
2. Hold down the Start/Stop switch to enter Tap Tempo mode.
3. Set the tempo precisely using the encoder.
Ultra-flexible sound management
One of the strong points of the Canvas Rehearsal is its audio mix management. It allows independent adjustment of the volumes of the instrument, metronome and external audio source, for optimum sound balance. The mini-jack headphone output has its own volume control, making it possible to adapt to any situation.

Advanced MIDI compatibility
For those wishing to integrate the Canvas Rehearsal into a more complex configuration, Walrus Audio has thought of everything. The pedal features MIDI IN and MIDI OUT mini-jack ports, enabling it to be synchronized with other equipment and to control certain parameters via standard MIDI messages.
