This updating process, inspired by the progressive improvements made to military aircraft, is the origin of the name “Block 2”.
The heart of the ER-2 BLOCK 2 remains true to the original Univibe spirit, but incorporates significant improvements:
- Enhanced compatibility with modern power supplies, thanks to reduced power consumption (50 mA).
- Better absorption of aggressive fuzz and overdrive, for more harmonious interaction with the rest of your effects chain.
- New noise reduction, guaranteeing a clean signal even at extreme settings.
- An aesthetic makeover, with a blue/black anodized aluminum finish and an elegant laser design.
Technical features: between simplicity and refinement
Despite its rich sound, the ER-2 BLOCK 2 is intuitive to use. It is equipped with four potentiometers and two footswitches:
- Intensity: Adjusts the depth of the effect for a subtle or enveloping sound.
